Clay Baxter
Managing Director / Aircraft Engineer
Clay is a Singapore based CASA and FAA licensed Engineer with a 40 year history of managing maintenance operations and quality control for major aviation facilities across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
He most recently worked as a Corporate Flight Engineer and Quality Manager for a self managed Asian based Flight Department, overseeing scheduled maintenance and performing maintenance on the road to ensure aircraft met scheduled departures, while providing a quality presence and control.
Clay now works as an Aircraft Engineer with IAS, providing on-wing engineering and technical support across a wide spectrum of Corporate and Airline aircraft maintenance disciplines.
With decades of experience in Aviation, Clay understands the common denominators that apply to engineers working on anything from small training aircraft to the most advanced corporate aircraft - exceptional customer service, safety first, communication and integrity. These are the qualities Clay brings to every job at IAS.

IAS was incorporated as a Private Limited company, founded in December 2021 in Singapore as an alternative solution for Aircraft Operators and Owners on how they want their aircraft maintained, supported and managed through maintenance support.
